Where exactly do you pick me up at the airport?
We meet you at the baggage claim area inside Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (ANC). Your driver will be holding a sign with your name. We monitor flight arrival times and adjust for delays — you do not need to worry about timing.
How much luggage can you accommodate?
Our standard vehicles accommodate luggage for up to 4 guests comfortably. If you have oversized gear (fishing rod cases, ski bags, bike boxes), let us know in advance and we will arrange an appropriate vehicle.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track all incoming flights and adjust pickup times automatically. There is no additional charge for flight delays. We will be there when you arrive.
Can you arrange a return transfer to the airport?
Absolutely. We offer return transfers from any Mat-Su Valley location back to ANC. Same pricing applies. We can also add scenic stops or adventure activities to your departure day.
Do you offer child car seats?
Yes, child and booster seats are available on request at no additional charge. Please specify ages and needs when booking so we can have the right seats installed.
Can I turn my airport transfer into a half-day tour?
Yes, this is one of our most popular options. Add scenic stops, a glacier viewpoint visit, a brewery stop, or even a short hike along the way. We will quote a combined transfer + tour package based on your interests.
Is this a shuttle or a private transfer?
All MatSu Compass transfers are private. It is just your group and your driver — never a shared shuttle. Your driver is also a local guide who can answer questions about Alaska the entire way.
