Does submitting the form reserve a transfer?
No. The form is a request only. Transportation is not reserved until MatSu Compass confirms availability, scope, price, and the applicable terms in writing, and any required payment is completed.
When will I know the pickup instructions?
The written confirmation will identify the agreed pickup plan. Please do not rely on a general meeting location or an assumed wait time before that confirmation arrives.
How do luggage and group size affect the request?
List every traveler, checked bag, carry-on, and oversized item. Vehicle type and capacity are reviewed for each request and are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing.
What if I need a child seat or another accommodation?
Include the exact need in the request. MatSu Compass will confirm in writing whether suitable equipment or an arrangement is available; it should not be assumed.
Can I request a stop or return trip?
Yes, you can ask. Stops and return transportation are separate itinerary details and are included only when they appear in the written confirmation and quote.
How do I pay after a quote is approved?
If the request can be accepted, you will receive a secure Square invoice or payment link after the written quote. The inquiry form does not collect payment information.
